Rapunzel Photoshoot – Camp Happy Heart 2019

Hello friends! For today’s Happily Ever After post, I have a Rapunzel photoshoot. I really like how these pictures turned out, so I hope you enjoy too! (Also a huge shoutout to Rebekah and Hannah for helping me with my media storage issue! I think this solution will last!

Cali was very glad to play princess for this post.

I made the Rapunzel braid myself. It took a bit longer than expected…

Speaking of crafts, what do you guys want to see a tutorial for? I’m planning to make a fairytale craft post this week and I’m open to requests!

I’ve never been too great at captioning photoshoots, so now I’ll just use song lyrics.

All those days watching from the windows
All those years outside looking in
All that time never even knowing
Just how blind I’ve been

Now I’m here blinking in the starlight
Now I’m here suddenly I see
Standing here it’s all so clear
I’m where I’m meant to be

And at last I see the light
And it’s like the fog has lifted
And at last I see the light
And it’s like the sky is new
And it’s warm and real and bright
And the world has somehow shifted
All at once everything looks different
Now that I see you

All those days chasing down a daydream
All those years living in a blur
All that time never truly seeing
Things, the way they were

Now she’s here shining in the starlight
Now she’s here suddenly I know
If she’s here it’s crystal clear
I’m where I’m meant to go

And at last I see the light
And it’s like the fog is lifted
And at last I see the light
And it’s like the sky is new

And it’s warm and real and bright
And the world has somehow shifted
All at once everything is different
Now that I see you

Now that I see you

For those of you that don’t know, the song is I See the Light from Tangled.

I hope you liked these pictures! What’s your favorite Disney Princess? What fairytale crafts do you want to see?

  2. I loved this! Lol, that song was the music for the very first dance I ever did onstage. I think I was about five, and we all had little purple dresses to look like Rapunzel’s. It was seriously cringey, haha. But it’s kind of coming full-circle this summer because my dance school asked me to dress up as Rapunzel when they do their Disney Dance Camp for 4 and 5 year olds.
Sorry, I just went waaaaaay off-topic. My favorite princesses are Rapunzel and Princess Leia 🙂
