DIY Poodle Skirt – Camp Happy Heart 2019

Hey guys! I have a very simple tutorial for you all today. I’m going to show you how to make a poodle skirt like those that were popular in the 1950’s.

First, you’re going to cut a length of fabric long enough for your camper, and wide enough to go around her. Next, you’re going to hem the top and bottom, then sew the edges together.

I sewed a snap on it, but there really isn’t a need to.

Now, you have a basic skirt.

All I did for the poodle was cut out a square of fabric and draw a poodle on it. There probably is a better way to do that, but I’m in no condition to be trying to cut out a teeny-tiny poodle.
