Picnic Photoshoot – Camp Happy Heart 2019

Welcome to the Food Festival! This week of camp will feature lots of tasty food DIYs, and photoshoots. I have this little photostory/photoshoot for you guys today. I’m really happy with the way it turned out, so I hope you enjoy!

It was a lovely day in the Bold Butterflies cabin. The three girls were busy discussing what they thought would be for lunch.

“I want hot-dogs!” Candy whined.

“I think hamburgers would be better.” Cherry firmly countered.

“Um, I think either would be great,” Claire sighed.

After a melodious knock on the cabin door, counselor Peri entered the room carrying a basket filled with a wondrous assortment of tasty foods.

The campers tried to peek into the basket and see what goodies awaited them for lunch, but it was mostly covered with plates and cups.

“Good afternoon campers!” Peri greeted. “Today for lunch, we’re going to have a picnic!”

Peri led the campers to the picnic spot and announced she had to leave for a counselor meeting.

Cherry, Candy, and Claire all dished up and began to eat. There was an assortment of food, so everyone could choose whatever they wanted.

Cherry picked a hamburger, like she’d mentioned she’d wanted earlier.

Claire simply picked a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

And of course, Candy took a hot dog.

There were plenty of fresh fruits for the campers to choose from.

Cherry took a banana, while the other girls halved an apple.

Finally, they looked in the basket for a sweet surprise!

They got a group photo once they were finished eating. They had a lovely afternoon eating outside.

Have you ever been on a picnic? Will your campers be having a picnic? If they do, be sure to send pictures to worldofagdollsblog(at)gmail(dot)com.(even though I sound like a broken record by now)

P.S. Don’t forget to pick up this button if you’re participating in Camp!

  1. This looks so cool. I’ve been on a picnic a few times and it’s fun. XD. I have some pictures I took for Out of this World week to send in but I didn’t have time last week so they’re a little late: is that okay?

    1. Thank you! Yeah! There’s no deadline for pictures unless you’re entering a challenge. You can send pictures from the first week of camp at this point! It’s absolutely no problem.
