It was a lovely day at Camp Happy Heart. Willow, the camp nurse was diligently sitting in her camper, in case anyone started to feel sick.

Swirl sauntered in.

“Um, Nurse Willow?” Swirl mumbled. “I don’t feel very well.”

Willow pulled out a stool and helped Swirl sit on it. “What seems to be the problem?” she asked.
“I have a tummyache,” Swirl mumbled.

“Let’s check your temperature,” Willow said, pulling out a thermometer.

Swirl’s temperature was a bit high.

Willow rummaged around in her medicine cabinet. “I think you have a stomachache. Have you been eating too much food this week?”
“Maybe…” Swirl admitted.

“I have some medicine that you can drink. I’m going to mix it in with some water,” Willow decided.

Willow mixed the medicine and water together.

Swirl took a little sip. “EW!” She sputtered. “That’s gross.”
“Just drink it,” Willow replied.
Swirl drank the icky medicine.

After a nap, Swirl felt much better. She didn’t eat quite that much for a while.
I hope you enjoyed this post!

Cool post. Willow’s a great nurse.
