5 Ways to Meal Plan (Baking With Berry ~ BAB Takeover Week November 2020)

I’m your host, Berry! For today’s post, I’m going to give you 5 different ways to meal plan.

Meal Calendar

This one is a classic. All you do is get a calendar and plan out your meals by week or month. It’s very simple.

Themed Weeks

I think this one would be delicious! What you do is give each week a theme. Say, this week is breakfast for dinner, and next week is pasta week! There are so many different ideas you could use.

Give Everyone a Different Day

This one works really well if you have a big family. Like, say I cook tonight, Dreamy can cook tomorrow, and so on. Everyone splits up the work and they also pick what they get to cook.

Buy What’s on Sale

For this one, you go grocery shopping and then plan your meals based on what you bought.

Randomize Your Meals

I think this one is very unique. Maybe you realize you’ve not had certain meals in a while? Add some options to a random wheel and pick randomly what you eat.
