DIY Summer Signs

Hello friends!

In order to have a great party, you need to have decor! In this post, I’ll be showing you all how to make a sign to decorate your party.

You will need popsicle sticks, wood glue, and some sort of design to put on the front of the sign.

Cut four even pieces of the popsicle sticks and then two pieces to go along the back.

Glue the sticks together like so.

Wait for the glue to dry. I waited about thirty minutes.

Now the popsicle sticks are glued together.

Now it’s time to add the design! I used this rub-on that felt very summery.

I applied the rub-on.

But I didn’t think it looked very good…

So I used a gold paint pen to clean up the linework.

I think it looks very nice.

Cherie really likes her sign! She can’t wait to use it as decor at her next party!

If you make this, don’t hesitate to send a photo to worldofagdollsblog(at)gmail(dot)com.

  1. Girl, how do you come up with all these DIYs that look SOOOOOOO good??? Anytime I try to make something it looks ugly and ends up stuffed in a drawer. XD But I LOVE the pineapple look on the sign!! Actually, I just love the whole sign in general. 🙂
