DIY Summer Signs

Hello friends! In order to have a great party, you need to have decor! In this post, I’ll be showing you all how to make a sign to decorate your party. You will need popsicle sticks, wood glue, and some sort of design to put on the front of the sign. Cut four even pieces of the popsicle sticks and then two pieces to go along the back. Glue the sticks together like so. Wait for the glue to dry. I waited about thirty minutes. Now the popsicle sticks are glued together. Now it’s time to add the design! I … Continue reading DIY Summer Signs

Trim up the Tree

Hello friends! It’s the last day of Thanksgiving week…which means it’s time to get into the Christmas Spirit! I wrote this photostory in a very similar style to the original Stone stories that I wrote. It was fun to return to my writing roots. Anyway, this is the story of the Stone family decorating for Christmas. Enjoy! (Cali’s POV) Cali tapped her foot along the floor. It was Saturday, two days after Thanksgiving. Normally, the Stone family put up their decorations for Christmas on Black Friday. And yet, there were no adornments of Holiday cheer that could be found. No … Continue reading Trim up the Tree

Fall House Tour

Hello friends! Welcome back to Halloween Week! Today is more of a fall-ish post. I know not everyone celebrates Halloween, so I wanted to sprinkle some non-spooky posts in there. Today, I’m going to be showing you the BAB house and its fall decorations! I recently redecorated and added a couple rooms. In the “attic,” we’ve got the new room for the boys! It’s pretty simple, just their beds and a nightstand. Also, there is a dining room! I’m glad that the bears finally have a place to eat. The kitchen is mostly the same. I have some fall decorations … Continue reading Fall House Tour

DIY Patriotic Decorations

Hello friends! Today I’m going to show you some patriotic decorations you can make for the Fourth of July! I used a sheet of paper, scissors, a black marker, a red marker, and a blue marker. For the first one, I started by drawing a flag. I know it doesn’t have 13 stripes, but let’s just pretend, okay? I wrote “Home of the free” on it. I like it a lot! I think this might actually be my favorite sign I made! This one is very simple. It just says “USA.” I’m not sure how I feel about this one! … Continue reading DIY Patriotic Decorations
