Hello friends! Recently, I had the privilege of going to Sea World. It was a lot of fun, and this time it was a lot chillier. Which was great, because we still had to wear masks.
Anyway, I took Rudy and Claire with me. I obviously took some pictures, so I’m going to share some of them with you! Enjoy!
This was at a restaurant that we stopped at on the way down. It was pretty good!
It was called Surcheros.
Once we made it to the hotel, Rudy and Claire decided to explore the room.
Here they are on the little sofa bed. (not the most comfortable. I speak from experience)
Here they are on the big soft bed.
I don’t know if any of you guys take decorations with you to hotels, but it is a pretty fun experience. Especially during Christmastime.
“Ooh, let’s watch some TV!” Rudy exclaimed.
“Nah,” Claire yawned. “There’s nothing good on.”
Look! The tree is glowing! (Actually, I just didn’t know this photo turned out so bad)
“Forget about the Christmas tree. I want chocolate,” says Rudy.
Hehe, speaking of Christmas trees. Anyway, on our second day in Orlando, we went to Giordano’s.
They have really good pizza.
Rudy can’t decide what to get!
Mmm, excellent choice Rudy.
After lunch, we hit the outlet mall.
Rudy looked at some ski jackets at North Face.
(excuse my hand)
Claire found the store everyone wanted to go in, the Character Warehouse!
We were a little nervous that we might not find anything. Especially because we were like, number 60 in line, but it actually turned out pretty great! I got 2 shirts for like, $10 total. Which, for Disney Parks merch, is a deal.
And…we’re finally at Sea World now! Look at the pretty Christmas tree.
Rudy was pleased to see all of the Rudolph merchandise at Sea World. I did not know that Rudolph was at Sea World when choosing to bring Rudy and Claire. I chose the right bears to take.
Rudy, dressing up as his father…
“Do I have a long lost older brother?”
“Um, well the red nose was something you all made fun of my dad for and now you’re selling one? Hypocrites.”
Sea World had a really cool train set.
Excuse my mom’s hand. Believe it or not, this is the best shot I took over by the train.
I’m not sure why, but I had trouble focusing on both Rudy and the backgrounds. I think it was too bright and he was too small.
Here’s Rudy posing in front of some poinsettas.
We saw a dolphin!
And also a turtle.
Rudy enjoyed watching this dolphin show.
So many fish!
We were waiting for a show to start here.
Look at the tree lights. (why am I telling you too look at these photos? Isn’t that why you’re all reading this in the first place…)
I found this ADORABLE sweatshirt that I think will fit the bears. I…may get this for Christmas.
This show was kinda sweet. It focused on the true meaning of Christmas in a loud and kind of rambunctious way.
Claire is about to meet a shark…
This sea lion show was really cool.
Looks delicious right?
Actually, it wasn’t that great.
Claire patiently waited to see the ice skating show.
The ice skaters were so talented.
So, technically this is a Sea World post, but technically we also went to Disney Springs, so I’m aso going to share those photos with you all.
For the past few years, Disney Springs had a Christmas Tree Trail. I was so disappointed this year when I heard they weren’t having one. HOWEVER, they do have a Christmas Tree Stroll, which is like a scavenger hunt! I thought it was really cool.
Coolest Lego display ever.
Well, that’s all I have for you today! I hope you enjoyed, and stay tuned tomorrow for the finale to Candy’s Christmas Carol, our first completed photo series here at BABF!
